Special ingredients
The very rare essential oil of iris is one of the most expensive oils in the world and is therefore only used in the most luxurious perfumery. Its scent is powdery, soft, intense and has a mystical component. Iris oil has the most sesquiterpene ketones of all oils, which have an influence on the GABA receptors and thus have a calming effect and give us inner serenity and mental balance.
The absolute of the Damask rose is known in perfumery as the "queen of oils" because it is so precious. It has a warm floral scent of fresh rose petals, has a relaxing effect on stress and helps to recognize one's own self-worth. It is also a heart opener and connects us with our ability to love ourselves and others unconditionally.
Tuberose is also known as night hyacinth. It has a heavenly, white-floral, caressing scent that is inspiring, relaxing and sensual. In aromatherapy, tuberose is used to open the heart and calm the nerves, restoring joy, peace and harmony.
Jasmine oil is one of the most precious oils in the world and is traditionally only used in French haute perfumery. Jasmine oil smells beguiling, warm and absolutely unique. It stimulates the release of mood-enhancing neurotransmitters and has a euphoric, relaxing and aphrodisiac effect.
The story of the perfume
If you had asked me years ago what kind of perfume I liked, I would have told you just about any type: spicy, fresh, heavy, light, lemony, woody, oriental... but definitely not floral. Because I have never liked floral, sweet scents. When I became a perfumer myself, I was curious: would I be able to create a floral perfume that I would wear myself? For that, it had to be not only floral, but also fresh, spicy, a little animalic and woody in the finish. And yes, that's how "Blooms" was born - a floral perfume that I love and that both women and men can wear.
